Open Enrollment Dashboard - Released 8/4/2020

We've released a new dashboard that allows you to manage all aspects of Open Enrollment from a single location.

OVERVIEW

Between plan configuration, keeping track of employee enrollments, and confirming elections, Open Enrollment is a busy time for benefit administrators. Luckily, Namely is releasing a new feature that will allow administrators to manage every aspect of Open Enrollment from a single location: the Open Enrollment Dashboard.

Easily Configure Your OE Period

With the Open Enrollment Dashboard, you can easily self-configure your OE period, or review it if Namely is configuring it for you. Select what coverage employee populations are eligible to elect, as well as the enrollment start and end dates. 


 

View Your OE Timeline and Employee Enrollment Status

Once your Open Enrollment period has been configured, you can track important milestones and the status of your employees’ enrollments.


 

Confirm Elections and Finalize Enrollment

The Open Enrollment Dashboard allows administrators to reject or confirm employee elections as they are submitted. You can also pause or extend your OE period, and for the first time ever, finalize the Open Enrollment once your OE window has closed. 

Finalizing an OE period allows administrators to bulk approve any remaining unconfirmed enrollments and acknowledge that any employees who did not submit will have their current coverage end-dated on the plan’s effective date.
